The main aim of research was identify and establish core problems facing the farming cooperatives in the two sub-counties and develop a feasible solutions to address this problems. Key solutions to these problem are:

  • Encourage collaboration and cooperation across existing agriculture farmers cooperative/groups and the county government of Embu solve long-standing problems in these two sub-counties.
  • Capacity Development of Agricultural Group -TSP, ZIP energy and mobility (from UK),JKUAT and Kenyatta University to development a capacity building plan to foster engagement among farmers cooperative/groups and drawing in the lessons collected through a different number of mappings and assessments developed in conjunction with the Cunty Government of Embu.
